Description

This series of pulse jet valves includes models with flange connections from 2" to 3 ½“. These valves are particular used for reverse pulse-jet filter cleaning of filter bags, cartridges, envelope filters, ceramic filters and sintered metal fibre filters.

They have an inlet port at 90° to the outlet port.

Models up to 2" are available with a single diaphragm, from 3" with a double diaphragm and the 2½" version is also available in both versions.

The pulse jet valves differ in types with an integrated pilot valve or with external pneumatic control.

These valves create a venturi effect due to a larger inlet compared to the outlet. This results in a high flow rate at the outlet.

The inlet is provided with a square flange that can be coupled to a counter flange welded directly to the tank. The outlet is equipped with a quick connector, which allows a direct pipe mounting.


The pulse jet valves differ in types with an integrated pilot valve or with external pneumatic control.

Optionally, we also offer versions with ATEX certified pilot valves.

A well thought-out structure and a fast delivery time for spare parts such as diaphragms, springs and coils enable simple maintenances.

If required, we can supply these valves with different socket connectors in protection class IP65. In addition to the standard connector, our offer includes, connectors with cables, connectors with LEDs (and cables), and LED seals for example.

Valves with external pneumatic control
